Who we are and what this covers
Riyadh Park Guide (riyadhpark.net) is an independent, unofficial guide to Riyadh Park mall in Riyadh. We are not affiliated with the mall's management, with Hamat Property Services which operates it, or with any brand named on the site.
This policy covers every page of the site in Arabic and English. We are the controller of the data that reaches us through it, and you can reach us about it at info@riyadhpark.net.
What we collect
What you send us: the contact form and the feedback form send us your name, email address, message and, if you choose one, the type of feedback. We never ask for a phone number, address or anything sensitive — please don't include it.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read, where visits come from, device and browser type and approximate location (city or country). Analytics loads only after your first interaction with the page (scroll, touch or pointer movement), and Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
Server logs: our host (Vercel) records standard technical data with each request — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — for security and abuse prevention, and keeps it briefly under its own policy.
Advertising data: the site shows ads through Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may use cookies and advertising identifiers as described in the next section.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

How we use it
Messages are used to reply to you and to correct the guide when you report an error. Aggregated usage data tells us which pages need updating or expanding, and which questions visitors search for without finding an answer.
We do not send marketing email, build a profile of you, or make any automated decision that affects you.
How long we keep it
Contact and feedback messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and no longer than 24 months, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of the analytics property; advertising data according to Google's policies.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, and equivalent laws where you live (such as the EU GDPR), you may ask to know what data we hold about you, receive a copy, correct it, have it deleted, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email info@riyadhpark.net from the address you used to contact us. We reply within 30 days and charge nothing.
Children
This is a general guide for adults and families and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you learn that a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with HSTS, and has no accounts, passwords or payments. The best protection is not collecting what we don't need, and that is the rule we work to.
Links to other sites
The guide links to other sites — VOX Cinemas for tickets, brand websites and so on. They are independent and have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes to this policy
When the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the "last updated" date at its foot. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
