📖 Historical Background
Riyadh Park officially opened its doors in 2017 as one of the largest commercial and entertainment developments in the Saudi capital. The project was the result of a collaboration between Asala Holding as the primary owner and developer, and Benoy, the London-headquartered international architecture and design firm.
Benoy's architects adopted a unique design concept inspired by the undulating sand dunes of the Saudi desert. This vision is reflected in the sweeping curves of the exterior roofline and the graduated facade.
Inside, the mall features soaring glass ceilings that flood the space with natural light. Tropical indoor gardens with real plants and trees create a sense of openness. These green spaces offer shoppers comfort and relaxation throughout their visit.
