Riyadh Park is a major retail and lifestyle destination in north Riyadh. This site, Riyadh Park Guide, is an independent, unofficial guide to it — we are not the mall's website and are not affiliated with its owner, its operator Hamat Property Services, or any brand inside it. Our aim is to answer the practical questions visitors search for: which floor, what time, where to park. How we work is set out in our Editorial Policy.
Opened in 2017, Riyadh Park Mall was developed to redefine the retail and entertainment landscape of the Saudi capital. Designed by the globally renowned architecture firm Benoy, the design captures the essence of the desert with a modern sand-dune concept, combining high-soaring glass roofs, natural ambient light, and lush indoor tropical gardens.
Riyadh Park Mall is proudly owned and developed by Asala Holding (شركة أصالة القابضة), the leading developer of shopping malls in Saudi Arabia, and is managed and operated by Hamat Property Services (شركة حمات العقارية).
The mall was honored with the Retail Project Award at the prestigious Cityscape Awards 2019, recognizing its outstanding architectural design and contribution to retail and entertainment excellence.
We maintain a directory of the mall's shops and restaurants organised by floor and category, practical guides to VOX Cinemas, entertainment, opening hours, parking and gates, and seasonal visitor information. Opening hours, prices and store lists change, so every page carries the date it was last updated.
We take facts from the highest source available — the operator's and brands' official sites (VOX Cinemas for screens and showtimes, for example), established references such as Wikipedia and Wikidata for fixed facts, and the mall directory for store lists, revised when visitors report changes. Anything we cannot confirm is labelled as approximate. Spotted something out of date? Send us a correction. For official enquiries, contact the mall directly.
Spanning a total area of 132,000 sqm with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 92,000 sqm, the mall houses 500+ stores including Carrefour hypermarket, H&M, Debenhams, Jarir Bookstore, Nike, Adidas, Virgin Megastore, Coach, Calvin Klein, Victoria's Secret and Miniso.
120+ restaurants and cafes including Salt, Ladurée, Gooz Café, McDonald's, New York Fries, Wokx, and a large first-floor food court with diverse international cuisines.
VOX Cinemas with IMAX, GOLD, KIDS, and MAX screens. Magic Planet for kids, a bowling alley with neon lanes, and interactive electronic games.
Saturday to Wednesday: 10 AM – 11 PM. Thursday & Friday: until midnight (on Fridays some shops open only after Friday prayer). Hours may vary during Ramadan and holidays.
